A Message for Our Clients

To be proactive with all the concern over COVID-19 and to reduce potential exposures, we have decided to make some adjustments in how we will be taking care of our furry family.

First, we are going to do everything we can to reduce the chance of exposure to COVID-19. We will be increasing our cleaning of common areas and areas where exposure can or may occur. In addition to that, we will be encouraging our employees to stay home if they feel sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illnesses.

We will also be asking that all patients and clients remain in their car and check in to the clinic by phone. If you would like to be in your pet's appointment, we are allowing one person per family to come into the clinic. We are requiring that you wear a mask the entire time you are in the building, and that you remain seated once the appointment begins to maintain proper social distance. Once we are ready for you and your furry friend, we will call you and do intake over the phone. We will then let you into the building. To avoid too many people congregating in the waiting room, one of our techs will check you out in the exam room.

If you would prefer to wait in your vehicle, we will still do intake over the phone, but will then come out to your car and take your pet directly to a room while you wait. One of our doctors will call you once the appointment is finished. We will then return your pet to your car and finish the check out process.

If you are in need or medication refills or food we will bring those out to your car and also check you out at your car if you call and let us know that you have arrived. We will also be offering free same day home delivery of medication refills and food if ordered and paid for before noon or next day if ordered after noon. Our employees will hand deliver to your door but in order to avoid exposure we will leave your purchases outside your door and will call you to tell you it has been delivered.

We will continue to perform surgeries as scheduled the only difference will be that we will have you call when you arrive and we will give you instructions for check in and pickup/discharge.

Overall, we are committed to the health and safety of you and your pets, and will do everything in our power to continue to provide the highest quality care and customer service during this difficult time.
